I am a AIDS patient at 4th stage and a widow. mother of 4 kids. i put my children to the above said school in koparkharanie in Navi Mumbai. last year. i took the admission in the month of July. with out submitting the school L.C or birth certificate. During the time of admission i was told to submit before the year ends, to which i agree, as i have to pay to the previous school as i already informed them, for which the school agreed. I PAID THEM 25000. this money i have taken on interest which till today i am paying as i do not have the lump some to pay to the money lender.and i am the only working person i the house. after a month the school informed my children to bring the L.C / birth certificate or else do not come to school with out it.so i approach the principal, she said bring or else do not come. This year again i went to the school to refund my money so that they can go to there previous school, once i clear there pending. she said they have no rule in refunding the money now.i beg to the previous school. and that principal agreed to take my children back to school, and also ask me to clear by paying installment.
please help me to get my money back from this school (MAHIMA CHRISTIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL KOPAR KHARANE NAVI MUMBAI)
This school say's its an charitable trust but with this do you think so.
now a days i get sick and unable to work as i use to in the past.
so this money will really help me and my children a lot.
i am crying for help pls. this money means a lot to be.the school is aware of my illness.
pls some help me to get the money back.i have all the receipt of the payment.
