I'm a very disgusted customer of this horrible car training school situtated on MTNL road in mira road east - 401107. The owner who calls himself "Sultan" is a biggest cheat I have ever met and he has taken 1500 rs from me and does not want to give me my learner's liscense. He has witheld my liscense on account of not receiving the entire 2700 rs which he is charging for training and liscense.
When I enrolled i clairified that i would be paying the money in installement and only pay the last installement upon receipt of the liscense. the reason i added this clause was because I was meant to leave India prior to my course getting finished - which I told them before joining.
Today (04/01) when i asked if I can give the test on the 11 Jan (which is the 30th day of my training), he asked me to pay the remanining money now or leave the training school. He added that he will not even give me my learner's liscense and I can go an complain to anyone. He also claimed that he bribes the RTO to get liscenses for people and there is nothing i can do. When I said i am happy to pay extra 200rs, but will only pay when i see the liscense, he said "iska classes band karo aur liscense mat dena".
I had unofficial conversations with people who work with him and everyone has indicated that he is a big cheat and provides false promises to the customers just to get their money and not bother about anything else.
He was very unprofessional, rude, abusive, and unethical in his conversation with me and has zero customer serving skills.
I wish someone takes this up with this school and review the liscese that the government has provided them. He is a CHEAT!!
