No action to transfer amount of sanctioned central sector scholorship amount to my saving account

Sir im student of second year BE at SATI vidisha. Central sector scholorship of Rs.10000/py was sanctioned to me for higher education. Details of sanction and other particulars are as below. Sir one year has passed, i entered in second year stood first, become entitled for scholorship of second year also, but till now amount of money sanctioned could not be transferred to my students saving account. Sir with this i feel difficult to deposit my fees, purchase books and other study material, should i discontinue my study or hope that your forum will take it seriously. I sent many mail, had contact with officials but no one seems to take action in nthe matter. Below is the letter and mails /documents/details of documents submitted to MPBSE Bhopal:-

It is to bring your kind notice to the fact that I am Divyanshu Kothari a student of second year B.E. (EE) SATI Vidisha (M.P.). I’ve been selected among awarded students for Central Sector Scholarship 10on the basis of my result in 12thStd. vide MPBSE Letterno.44/vidhyochit/Bhopal/dt.29.1.10 My name can be seen at S.No.345 and Entitlement No. M157.Second year of my graduation has been commenced but Rs.10000/-amount of sanctioned scholarship has not yet been transferred to my Bank account for the year 10, and neither for the year 11 as well. I find it difficult to study thinking that when scholarship of the preceding and succeeding years will come to my account and how many times do I have to complete the formalities? And how many leaves should I take from college to do it again and again? I have already submitted all the details required to “MP Board of Sec. Edu. Bhopal” twice but no response was paid and no intimation, as to when scholarship will be transferred to my account. From other sources it is known that sanctioned amount of scholarship is lying undisbursed in UCO Bank Account of MPBSE Bhopal, but due to some technical problems of banking this process is being delayed. Kindly do the needful in the matter to Transfer sanctioned amount of scholarship of both the years to my account. I am furnishing full required details as below for your kind perusal.
