This is to inform you that our BSNL lines No2323800 to 2323805 are not working continuously since 26 Aug
We are facing lot of inconvenience, loss of revenue and reputation as we are not able to respond to any students/their parents or parties. Such a situation creates unnecessary delay and problems to the students/parents as well as Education authorities.
It is a pity state of affairs with BSNL (being a public undertaking, nobody bothers, as they are assured of their salary/facilities without even attending to the duties). Really nobody is willing even to hear the problems, let alone the question of ‘sorting it out’. If you visit the office, most of the time, the concerned persons are either simply not available or you get the ready reply that ‘they are away’.
BSNL should study the private players in the field and atleast TRY to improve the image of BSNL by providing just better services. Had this been the case with any private service provider like AIRTEL, the matter would have been sorted out within 1 or 2 hours, and not like the usual BSNL reply “will look into it” for days together.
You are requested to please rectify the lines and put them in proper working order immediately. You are also requested to take necessary action to avoid frequent disruption in BSNL telephone lines.
