I got my Australian visa declined as the authorities found some fraud financial documents in my file. The rejection letter is attached below
I would like to bring to your notice that I was in no way responsible for submitting any fraud documents with my file, my Father works for government of Andhra Pradesh and my family has sufficient funds for my expenses in Australia. In fact my elder brother has also studied his post graduation in Australia and now is working in Australia and also gained residence.
I was duped by the consultant in India, in spite of my parents having all the required documents, the consultant said to me that in e-visa I have to use the services of an agent in Melbourne. He further said that he was involved with one Myvisaonline (www.myvisaonline.com.au) and that they are well experienced consultant in Melbourne and registered with Migration Board of Australia (MARA), AAERI and other bodies. I verified the website and found their details and also sent them a mail, they assured me a student visa. I gave my passport and all education documents to their agent in India and they also charged me Rs.55, 000 plus application fee of Rs 20, 000/-, they said they will be preparing all the financial documents as the documents of my parents were not enough. Finally they gave me copies of some fixed deposits in SBI and they lodged my visa.
Finally my visa was declined for having some fraud document, the visa office said in the rejection letter that the financial fixed deposits submitted were fake and rejected the visa after 4 months
My intentions to study in Australia is genuine and I am in no way responsible for submission of those fraud documents, the agent in India and his agent in Australia which is Myvisaonline have done injustice to me and my future is spoilt. I have excellent background in my education and really interested to study in Australia
