Marksheet not recieved

I am doing MBA in madaras university, still I didnt get my I year marksheet while rest of my friends recieved not only myself few people asked the management people where the marksheets will be issued, response was tottaly ridiculas

Simple I wanna express their behaviour that even we can expect nice behaviour from uneducated people but madaras university's staffs??? dont know how to express it. Not all.

While I was asking them about our marksheet simply they are telling that batch by batch marksheets are issued but still we dont get our marksheets please take nessary action.
