The institute has a principal who himself is slimy character. He cannot speak english for continous two minutes. The only thing that he knows is bitching about others. A person who is illiterate to the core, not even a graduate buty occupies a postion of Principal. What he can do is to freely distribute his gyan to female faculties. He used to sell food and tea at a popular junction. His contribution to the college academics is zero as he does not know anything. He also knows his future is bright as he can get a road side food vendor job. All the faculties laugh at his back. His partner Mr Soumik is even one step better. he potrays himself to be owner of the place. He too knows that he wont get a job only provide ner connection in offices.
there is no placement even though the website claims so.if thats been the case, why students, the faculites will grab job at Nike, Pepsi or Coke. But the faculties are niether that good nor they have the ability to get a new job. Even if you insult them, they prefer to remain there. Management wont give them salary before 25 days and most of the time the cheques will bounce. Our faculites are happy there.
Our friends take drugs and do lot many things but the colege seems to unaware.we also keep one faculty in loop. he is happy and after a couple of pegs we come to know about the interesting facts of NIAS.
