Scholarship Not Given to the students, irrespective they have received the scholarship from Samaj Kalyan (Year 2009)

I want to complain regading the college Naraina Group of Institutions Kanpur.(http://narainagroup.net/)

They have not given the scholarship amount of Rs.25000 for year 2009 to their B.Tech and MBA students, which were eligible for Scholarship by Samaj kalyan in year 2009.

For this small amount, the collge is putting lame excuses and promises the parents that they would pay the amount next week, but their next week hasn't arrived since 2009.

THE MD of the collgee seems to be voiceless regarding the Scholarship for that Year.

Where is the amount of scholarship which college has received from Samaj Kalyan Kanpur for year 2009? This has not been distributed to the students.
