With due respect, I Samarendra Mahato would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I had enrolled myself for the MBA course under NIM – Kolkata Centre in the year 2009.I have paid the entire course fee of Rs 26, 455 in installments & had appeared for the exam in 2010. NIM has closed their Kolkata centre along with many other centres across the country & now no one is contactable. The details of the contact numbers & address mentioned in the brochures/website (www.nimonweb.com) are also disconnected. Almost 2 months have crossed that I have couriered my answer papers to their Bhopal address, however have not received any update yet.
Details of the incidents are mentioned below for your reference.
24th Jan’09 – Paid the first installment of Rs 6455 through credit card & enrolled for the MBA course (Master Program in Business Administration) with specialization in Customer Relations Management.

May’10 – When I came to know that their Kolkata Centre had closed, I called up their customer support helpline (as mentioned in the website) & spoke with different executives. Two of them are Atul Singh & Pia Gupta. They informed that the Kolkata Centre had been closed, however for future correspondence, I need to contact their Kolkata SPOC: TARUN KHANNA Contact Number - 09302663555/09713002433, Email Address - [email protected], [email protected].
In between another person named Ankit Sharma (9713088588 / 9425641152) who introduced as the HR manger also contacted me few times.
After doing repeated follow-ups with Tarun Khanna, that I would want to appear for the Exams, finally I received the question paper set by Aramex courier – docket number – 6162948761.
28th Sep’10 – I couriered back the answer papers through DTDC (Consignment Number – K 42658845), post telephonic discussion with Tarun Khanna (09713002433), at the below mentioned address:

Several follow-ups done thereafter with Tarun Khanna. Every time he had stated the papers are under checking & I’ll get the results & certificates soon. On 19th Oct, he had also confirmed me through SMS that I have passed with “A” grade.
Post this till date I have been following up with Tarun. However he rarely attends my call or reverts to my SMS. Every time he is giving a different excuse. The latest communication is their HR Manager Mr. Ankit Sharma going to contact me. But more than a month had crossed & not one had yet contacted me.
Last follow-up done on 21st Dec’10 with Tarun, he conveyed through SMS that the concerned person will call back & ultimately no one turned up till date.
I have all the SMS’s stored in my h/s, which Tarun Khanna had sent me from time to time.
Request you to kindly take necessary action against the concerned persons & help me in getting my certificates & results.
