Stop mycheak payment

I have submit a amount to this company (NEX_G Exuberant Solution) as 15000 /.

But i have not recieved my certificate by this company. So a cheak is given by head of this company to me, when i said to return my fees.

But when i applied for cash in SBI Bank Jaipur then this cheak has been stopped by head of this company.

So dear sir i have a request to you that please help me to return my amount as 15000/.
