Non refunding of fess

Dear Sir,

I joined NIIT Ltd; Gurgaon sec-14 Centre, for DJVT course, which is for building enterprize applications using Java framework in September. They promised a course duration of 6 and a months.

They have not been able to complete even half of the course. While joining the course, I had planned this period for my MBA, as I already completed my engineering. But now I am finding myself into the viscious circle of the NIIT centre. Please tell me what can I do to get my fees back. Can you please help me in getting my money back.
