I, Prabhash Kumar Srivastava (student of Honours Diploma in System Management (HSM) course) completed above mentioned course in 1998 but the formal certificate is awaited till date. In this reference, I approached several times in NIIT, Hazrat gunj, Lucknow centre but not find satisfactory answer. In year 2001 they issued me a provisional certificate but formal certificate is still awaited. This certificate is most important for my job.
So, you are kindly requested to make an effort for me to locate my above formal certificate.
