My name is Bunty Khusbas (Reg. R000022800824), I was enrolled with NIIT - Lajwanti Garden, ND. I have completed Honours Diploma In Web Centric Computing in 2002. I paid fees for the next 6 months course as well, but due to some personal problems I couldn‘t attend the programme, so I gave a written application in the Lajwanti Garden Centre to refund the fee already paid by me. I have an acknowledgement for the same. I reached out to NIIT many a times to get a solution and get a refund of my fees. Every time I reached out to customer care, they asked me to reach out to center head. I spoke to center head as well and they always said they will get back to me and never reverted. Last year I got a response from Center Head (Heena) that they can offer a course in lieu of that fees and she will revert back to me. Every time I called her she said that she will get back to me. Last week when I again reached out to her she responded that she has left the organization and cannot help me out. This has happened to me every time. Its been 10 years since I am requesting NIIT to refund my fee amount but unable to get the same.
