Cheating, poor and lazy staff

I am doing diploma in dot net technology from NIIT Patiala. I have paid the whole fees in one shot that is 35500. They promised a lot, but they have very poor and rude staff. I am so disappointed. They just have holidays, even the centre opens half an hour late than our timing. I want proper classes or my fees back. They all are lazy.
