This institute has deducted an amount of 15% of gross Salary from the teaching staff's salary account and they will deduct it for one year as we are listened from the finance department. But this type of statement for deduction of 15% of salary was/ is not mentioned in the appointment letter. We are here from 2004 still this organization is doing this type case. We are unable to adjust our expenditure with this deducted amount. So we want a perfect judgment form you as this organization is not listining our words rather it is telling those who want to leave this institute they may leave. Please help us.
