Recently I was hired by ADI professionals. Although it’s a clinical research company having webiste www.adiprofessionals.com. Under this u will see various sub websites but trust me all are fraud especially ADI CRO and ADI biosolution and ADI preventives. I mean no clinical research work is going on. The people sitting there don’t even know what clinical research, pharmacovigilance, case reporting is. And ADI biosolution is a training institute where they are having a small office (they call it lab). When I visited that, I saw that teachers are more and students were less. They are like barking dogs who give you many promices regarding 100% placement but student passing from there are placed in their own company called adi backoffice. And the work done there is no where linked to training provided plus once you enter backoffice they will ask you to sign a bond of 2 years and salary they pay is just 6k-8K. the only work they do in copy and paste (plagiarism). Now coming to adi preventives, they only have building that too without hoarding and without any professional staff. Also the employees aren’t provided with any of the benefits like PF, holidays. They are even forced to come during public holidays also. The CEO, Maneet is eating up all the money that company’s WORKERS deserve…He doesn’t give them all the benefits…Kindly think before joining this organization... Dont go on the website as it is designed by its own workers...
