I have registered my ielts examination through service provider. Initially, these people told me that they are registered from British council and i believed on them.
as i payed my cash payement 30 days earlier to get my seat booked but unfortunately, i was not in list of registered ones'. i was shocked and when i called up these people for help, instead of helping, they started to force me to take the next date. i called them several times but i did not get any help and now i am unable to take my test that was on 22 oct.
i am much worried because due to these people, my career is at stake. this kind of ignorance from responsible people tend one to not be believe on spurious service providers.
at last, all i say is "be honest and pay honesty"
