Not got degree of MBA 2009

Dear Sir,

I had completed my MBA with 64.85% in 2009 from Institute of Environment and Management, Lucknow affiliated to UPTU University, Lucknow. My roll no.0705870090 and enrollment no.070587017413. All the students had got their degree but I have not got yet. University had not sent my degree in college and even college send application in the university still they did not send.

Please check for this and provide me degree as soon as possible as for further studies degree is require.
