Not submit my fees

Respected Sir,

I am Umesh s/o Kamlesh Chand from kanpur. I am a student of B. Tech 3rd year 2012 of U.I.E.T, C.S.J.M. University,

kanpur. Sir, I am a SC candidate so i fill form since 3 years. I found my name in scholarship list 2012. on internet scholarship website amout 35000/- inr. Samaj kalayan vibhag submit the tution fee of 2nd and 3rd year but did not submit the fee of first year from institute. Now institute demanded me that i submit first year fee. Sir I can't submit

because it is more. My father is labour. This year I have submit 4rth year fees in this year. I have no much money that I

submit the both years fees. Please reply me hurry.
