IS this comapy a genuine one or Fraud??

I have been shortlisted as ETO for Ocean Ships Maritime Services Pvt Ltd ..I have to undergo a medical check on NOV14 by payin 3500/- if i get throug it then i hav 2 pay 30000 for my visa etc nd other prospects as told by them... then if im willing 2 join i hav 2 pay 3L in instalments for 1yr...

So can join this company..Is this genuine company or FRAUD?? Plz let me knw by 12th NOV???
