The college is not providing my final year degree and mark sheet. It was told to me that i have due of Rs 13000/-, I have submitted all my fees and had receipt also but they are asking for the bus fee. I am staying in front of the college and did not used the bus service provided by the college. I have send various application to the chairman and other administration head of the college. Now they refuse even to talk.
Please advice what to do?
