Delay to getting passport

I submited my passport document and it's fees to one institute at dated 17/2. but still institute didn't send my document for verification, i required my passport urgently because i will want to give the IELTS exam and joint the september batch at my favarouble college, to get admmision in other countries thier required minimum 2 month time for proosessing after exam result displayed (i had been taken coaching from institute but in midway i can't understud whatever she teach and i leave her class) please help me...
