Telephone line is dead

Sir, My office telephone number is 05260-275227 and Home telephone number is 05260-275228 and my Bose number is 05260-275226 is dead since 2 month. We have given written complain to SDO - Tarabganj, TDM - Gonda. but our problem is not solve, Even we are using broadband service in above two telephone. Sir, kindly arrange to fix the problem of above number. Even we have a compund and we have more the 10 telephone line and every one dead. Even the bill is coming every month amd we are paying the bill regularly.
