I have passed M.M.S. (Master in Management Science) fron Pune University. Pune University decares this course as equivalent to M.B.A. of Pune University. A.I.C.T.E. also declared this course equivalent to M.B.A..However Shivaji University refused to consider this course as equivalent to M.B.A.
A.iI.C.T.E. is the APEX body in management education. Whether any University can refuse to accept decision of A.I.C.T.E.? Whether decision of A.I.C.T.E. is not binding to the University?
