I had send my courier to Columbus, USA on Feb 23. It has reached to Chicago, insted of Columbus and remain unattended for 2 days. Now tracking record message of USPS show " Your item was returned to the sender on March 5 because it was not claimed by the addressee". How can a addressee of Columbus claim a paecel at Chicago? If i have mentioned adddress and pincode, then it should reach there instead of some wrong place. Whose mistake is this? Address is printed, so no chance of difficulty in understanding handwritting. Morewhere it take 10 min everytime at customer care to attain a call. Regarding the same complain they ask me to send a fax of complaint letter. Comeon, in which age we are living? why can't Speedpost provide a email complaint service? Speedpost tracking is pathetic, worse than worst. It is nonfunctiong half of the time and rest of the time, it gives message as no movement even though parcel has reached to Chicago.
