Passport not received

Espected sir,

i m from west bengal. i had applied for a fresh passport in june. my police verification is also completed 2 months ago.

i have also paid the necessary fee .. but i have not received my passport yet which is very urgent for me... i have mailed regarding this a no. of times . but i did not get any reply..

so, it is my kind request to you that please understand my situation and help me to get the passport at the earliest...
