Myself Meenakshi Monga, I had been approached by "Ajax Management Consultants (P) Ltd " for the HR Training Course, and during discussion it was promised to me that, apart from training materials, they will also provide me the "Web-Cam" Teaching session for the full course (2.5 Hrs session daily, as it is being provided to the regular classroom students, because they are charging the amount Rs. 6500/- from Online class Students, which is equal to Amount they are charging from Classroom Students), as I was not at Bangalore, and thus couldn't be able to attend the course at classroom.
But, after receiving the study material, when I approached them, it was a pathetic shock for me, when I came to know that "there won't be any teaching session on web cam, it would be only 1 Hr. Doubt clearing session" and after several communication I received rude response from the Director of the Institute " Mr. Mahendra " that " He will make sure that nobody calls me, even for doubt clearing session.
I requested them to withdraw my registration and refund my money in this circumstances, but in vain..!!!
I claim that it is the matter totally fraud, misleading, and cheating..!!!
Such institutes must be dealt with iron hand, so that they won't cheat any student any more.
I request the respective authorities to pay attention into this matter, and do the needful.
