Espected sir

im a student and native of alappuzha district in kerala state and a regular passenger in rail.its really sad and cruel faact is that alappuza railway station control enquiry office workers are not attendn the train time enquiry calls .more clear fact is that allappuha station is not a busy station as compared to ernakulam but why this is happening so? is it indian railway is not paying them? the avoiding behaviuor from the part of enquiry divisin will never do nothing favour to our railway .so please clear them out nand appoint another real men to that very needy and urgeny post .hope that railway authority vill take necessery action to my complaint.nobody will never be shame in future.
