I live in bhopal... and i asked this academy for a home tutor... Firstly they took 5-6 days to provide the tutor... the tutor they sent was a hindi medium one... I had already told them to send a home tutor for english especially... They took 1500Rs on the first day for the registration of my child... I wanted a highly qualified tutor because my son who is in Delhi public school . bhopal, has always been an A grader... I wanted him to sustain this grade... The next day no one came... they send another tutor after 3 days... he took my son's class for one day... we were not satisfied completely with the tutor... then also I called the academy and told, it will be ok... with this one... they immediately raised the charges... without informing in advance and said, ...it will be 4200Rs... although earlier the charges were 3600Rs for one month... The classes were taken only for 2 days... They said return the money... When I asked to give my money back... they said they will pay me 180Rs because they will charge for the services, ...this was also not informed before... This is cheating... i am paying 1500 for only 2 classes...
