I purchased a book on rent (comp. app) to study for my back paper. The shopkeeper gave it to me for Rs.150 and said that he will return Rs.100 when i submit the book to him. After my exam i went to the shop straight. He refused me to return the book saying that the subject is now removed from the syllabus. when i told him that he didn't specify in his words the time i picked the book he showed me the stamp on which it was mentioned that after changed syllabus book will not be recollected by the shopkeeper. But I surely think that he should have mentioned it in his words beforee giving it. Do u think that I can lodge a complaint against him?
