I have completed my MBA in Marketing & International Business in the year of 2012 from amity global business school Bangalore affiliated to amity university utter pradesh.
I have no backlogs or debarred papers in all 4 semesters even-though i am not receiving my MBA degree certificate from the university. They say that certificates will be issued only to the students who secure 6 CGPA or above on the whole of MBA. But previously they said 5.5 CGPA is enough to get a degree certificate and i have secured 5.76 CGPA but i am not getting my certificate. so to get my degree they asked me write improvement exam to get into 6 CGPA. The improvement exams costs Rs.500 for each paper which can be applied only on papers which are secured below B grades.
I am frustrated with this institution where only students getting first class passing is given a degree and all others who have passed in second or third class is not receiving the degree certificate. why can't they say this terms & conditions during the admission of candidates for MBA program. So all others please have this in your mind before getting into amity university.
