Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that Hindustan college of Engineering Agra is the only institute who have not yet provided OBC scholarship for any of the year where as my ward is going to appear for final semester of examination.

Sir why it is so for only single institue where as almost all the other institution's students have recieved the sum of OBC scholarship.
