Not provide Transfer certificate

I Pradeep Singh, Student of M.B.A. (2 Years E.M.) Roll No. 3460850240, REGNo. 346M11115P02851 want to say you I have Paid the complete tuition fee and also attended both P.C.P. but till date I have not received my Transfer Certificate.

I have already send many reminder for university by Fax and email.

But till date i university have not sent my transfer and provisional certificates.
