Www.timtara.com very proudly displays on their website that Dataquest magazine has rated them as No.1. I am not sure on what basis Dataquest has rated them No.l and with this pretext they are misleading millions of Indian online shoppers.
Here is my case I placed an order on www.timtara.com Order #10217880 Date: 18-03 for one (1) Mitashi Game In Smarty V.01 and paid Rs. 1699 thru ICICI Net Banking. This is for my 6 year kid who is very fond of playing games.
Now more than twenty days have passed they have not shipped the item. The telephone number mentioned on their website 033-40166500 is always busy and if it rings no one answers the phone. I sent several followup mails but no response.
With this message which displays rated no.1 by Dataquest Magazine research. Like me, lot of other readers are being scammed.
I would request complaints board to kindly take necessary steps to force www.timtara.com to ship my product ASAP.
