AquaPure Plus
False promising of Free servicing to sell the product

Hi,

I am writing this complaint againt AquaPure Plus (water purifier). I bought their machine on September for Rs 8000 and one of the customer service member informed that the company provided free service for one year. However they never came to provide the service, whenever I tried to call their customer service number was either informed that an agent will attend the service or they demand to pay for the service.

I have regretted in purchasing this product, as they do not know what the term 'customer service' means.

I kindly request someone from the consumer forum to take necessary action against them so that no more customers get fooled in the future.
