Not received refund or relacement of the product

Dear Sir

It is complaint against homeshop18 regarding order no. 702886161 . I received the product from Homeshop18 but it was faulty one so I asked to either replace it or refund my money. I send this back dated 02/03 and which was received by the comapny dated 04/03. After that I followed up many time to the customer care but they do only false promises and till date they didnt send my product. They finally give me complaint no 4041880 dated 30/03 which has not been closed till date and has not send my product. It seems that it is a bad intension of the company. Kindly look into the matter and company may be asked to refund my money as soon as possible.
