We procured 2 Laser cutting machines from M/s Arushi Consultancy and Engineering Services Ludhiana. C/o Mr. Amit Gupta model no Figure EN1280 in the month of November and we paid the complete payment of Rs. 9, 50, 000/- to M/s Arushi Consultancy by cheques inclusive of all taxes.
Recently in the month of April we purchased one more machine Figure EN 6090
and paid 3, 70, 000/- by a cheque, balance of 20, 000/- of tax was also paid by us later.
We have persistently notified the company to post us all the three bills as we have paid the money inclusive of all taxes nevertheless company is not eager to send us the bill.
Mr. Amit Gupta was previously saying that they have sent us the bill for two machines earlier though we have not received any bill.
We requested Mr. Amit Gupta to provide us the copies of the bills for the machines sold in 2009 and an original bill for the machine sold in 2010 still neither is he answering our phone calls nor is he replying to any of my mails which clearly confirms that M/s Arushi is a fraud company and is not willing to send us the bill.
2) Machines sold in year 2009 Nov. were covered under warranty till Nov. 2010 Mr. Amit Gupta of M/s Arushi has not serviced our machine within warranty. I shifted my machine from Hari Nagar New Delhi to Pul Pehladpur New Delhi in Sep 2010 for which I called the co’s service engineer and paid him 3000/- cash so that the transport of machines take place professionally and which happened, there were no jerks, no physical damages etc. however after shifting of the machine one of the machine for which the warranty was about to lapse in Nov broke down and the service engineer reported that a controller card MPC-6515 is not working and need a replacement.
Now M/s Arushi is not providing me the service and a replacement of the faulty controller card for this machine and the machine is out of order since Sep and the company’s owner Mr. Amit Gupta creates his own new description of the warranty clause that if the machine goes defective during shifting then company is not liable to pay any damages and will not be covered under warranty.
I feel that I’ve been cheated and I am scripting this letter in anticipation that I will get justice.
I have incurred a total loss of Rs.2 lacs during these 2 months of machine not functioning.
