Washing Machine Service Cheating

My washing machine was making noise.

I phoned Ashish Engineering and they repalced the gear box.

They gave 6months warranty for it.

However after 2 months the washing again started making noise.

I phoned them.

They keep saying they will come but dont turn up.

I feel cheated and feel they put a defective part.
