Automatic Onida washing machine (top loading)
Pressure Button problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a fully automatic Onida washing machine (top loading), was not working for the past months and I made a complaint with Ondia authorised dealer. After one month one technician reached me and tried to put old one instead of new spare part. i requested them that i need new spare part with the sealed cover, but Even after no one turned up to check the machine. After that we gave a compliant through TMC (Complaint #: KP1607/11) at Hydernagar, even after no one aproached me till now.

I would really like to get it escalated to Onida management atleast as I feel, its really cheating the cutomer.
