We have bought a Avi 1.5 ton SPLIT Air Condition machine on 13.04.2009 from Avi Marketing & Service Pvt Ltd.
Salt Lake Kolkata-700084.
Our AC is not working since 19.03.2010 and we launched complaint. But after repeated phone then only they came on 23.03.10 for service. The service man gave a report that the motor is not working and it is need to be changed, then i had a talk with Mr. Bikash and he said that it will be done by 26.03.10. But noone is responsing to the phone nor the call. As the machine is still under gurantee so we should get the service done immediately. As this is the summer time when we need AC to its max, so please co-operate with us. Looking forward for your valuable help.
