I bought this avis hitek cooler beacuse of shop owner was saying that this is the best cooler in the market there is no problem in this and lots of things told by the shop owner about this cooler and abt its features but within few months the motor had stop working And i tried to contact on company numbers and a guy came and demanded for the bill of the avis cooler provided by dealer of avis hitek and i showed him the bill which was under warranty but he said that this cooler made in 2009 And this bill made in 2010 according to the bill there is 2 months are left but because this cooler made in 2009 so we cannot repair it because it has been sold by the dealer 1 year late.so now we cannot repair it... talk to anyone I cannot do anything ...(I spoke to the dealer he was helpful Vardhman traders munirka) He made the pressure on the company but still they guys are making us fool and saying that the related parts of the cooler is not available..It will take sometime to get it resolve ..which was very irritating... I will request to all the customers that in the future don't buy anything for which you are not sure about the quality and the services in the market... Avis Hitek has very poor services... as felt by many customers in the market
