I had attended the India Internation Trade Festival (IITF) and made the mistake of puchasing a Bajaj Toaster (Model: PX30T) from the stall put up there by Bajaj Appliances Ltd. The guy handed me a receipt (receipt no. 527) took an advance of Rs 400 and promised delivery of the device on 4th December. Upon not receiving any call from the vendor, I decided to enquire about it form the number provided for assistance and was duly provided another number of a Mr. Neeraj Yadav (Cell:9560970909) who was supposed to take care of my problem. Upon contacting the said person promised me that my issue would be taken care of ASAP. One week later the same promise was made again as I still had not received the device. Today on contacting mr. Neeraj yadav seemed downright angry with me and decided not to help me at all. I am now out of every option and don't know what I should be doing to get my device.
