Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that on May'2008 I have purchased a Godrej make Fridge from National Vission, Gunjan, Vapi, on hire purchase basis. At time of purchasing the same I have submitted Seven post dated cheque of Rs 916 each to Bajaj Auto finance Ltd. The cheque no 379182 is not submitted to my Account in Bank of Baroda, Daman Branch for clearance as it is not reflected in Bank statement.
Please note that My proposal no was 81974.
I do not know anything about the incident. Just few days back when I applied for scooter loan then the loan is not sanctioned by HDFC bank as there is a due of Rs. 916!
I have called bajaj auto finance Head office at Pune but the office bearers told me that financial organisation is already stopped its activity.
Finally I am requesting you please look into the matter for settle the account & advice me how to pay this amount.
