Excess deduction of EMI

I regret to inform you that our EMI for purchase hitatchi window ac was fixed rupees 2275/- per month. Accordingly i paid four installments @2275/- at the time of purchase. It is surprised to note that my EMI amount has been enhanced to rupees 2480/- per month without informing me and an insuarance certificate for two years terms has been issued without my concent neither verbal nor in writing.

For information and immediate action to cancel the policy and amount may be refunded back please also investigate how your agents involved in such fraudulent act.
