NON REDRESSAL OF COMPLAINT

I Purchased a Bajaj fan from csd canteen on 13/09/10.When I tried to use it, it

didn't worked, so I called bajaj electronics customer care centre at their telephone

No..9899366931 . My complaint No. is 25668 dated 12/02. They advised me that

their executive will visit my place within next 48 hrs., but they never turned up. When

I again called at their customer care no. They started making silly excuses that it is

still winter season and there is no need of fan so call us back when you truly need a fan .i.e in summers... when i called to complaint about their ignorance to their senior... he assured me that within 24 hrs engineer will visit me, but even after 5 days no one has visited me from their side. It is my humble request to you to look into this matter.
