EMI Deducted twice for the month of September for a Consumer Durable Loan

I am having a loan in Bajaj finservlending company.

Loan no: 4040cd00134415. I have purchased washing machine through ECS scheme for 1359 Rs. One more EMI is there for the the completion of this loan.

At the month of september they dedcuted twice 1359, for the same loan account number. But when I tried to reach them through mail there is no response, even after I made a complaint regarding this two days before. When ever I am trying to reach them I am getting automated reply with some Service Request Number.

What shoud I do. How to get back the amount? Please assist
