Wet grinder break down

I have purchased wet grinder of the above company on 27-08 from a near by shop manaufactured by Balaji Machine works pvt ltd Chandranagar Housing colony palakkad under the brand name Lakshmi. This worked satifacorily for two weeks of purchase. We have registered complaint thrice and twice a represenaive of the company attended. Now it under complete break down. No body attended.
