We are Nokia Service partner Muvattupuzha. We send one Nokia E 63 Handset to Delhi IMC for Repair On 09/12 and they resolved the Problem and as per the details we got from online they Send back the handset fom Delhi On 21/12. The details are:

We are expecting maximum of three days of delay for this shipment to be received. But we received this particular Shipment on 29/12 after long 8 days.
We commited the customer that we are able to deliver this hnadset on 24/12. Not received the shipment on 24th, then we contacted the customer and committed on 27/12.
In between these days we were continiously contacted Mr. Shanavas, TNT, Ernakulam.
The Customer came to our Office on 28/12 and asked for the refund of his handset. Again we requested the customer for giving one more day 29/12.The customer came to our office on 29/12 afternoon by 3.00 PM. We were helpless at that time as the shipment was not received. We already informed the case to Cochin TNT office that, the customer is creating issues and the customer was asking for Refund. Atlast we were forced to Refund the amount of Rs: 9200/- to customer, as the customer and his friends were creating issues in our front Office. Actually it was a cheating from a Company like TNT.
The comedy behind this case is that we received the shipment dated 23/12/10, on 28/12 but the same dated 21/12 we received on 29/12, 06.15 PM.
No customer will stand for this kinds of cheating.
We are getting only Rs 25/- for one handset from Delhi, For this Rs 25/- we lost Rs 9200/-.
