CXL titon RO company is clueless about customer service. They sign a one year warranty and when they service you in warranty period, everything and every part has to be paid for. When I filed a service request, Their Front office girl tells me, their technicians are on holiday and i should get my system fixed from outside if it is that urgent. Than 10 days later finally a technician comes in, changes parts and says I have to pay for it. When I tell him it is in warranty, he and the company says - we don, t care -you pay. I ask them for papers showing me what all is covered in warranty and what is not . their answer is -we will first remove all the parts from the RO and take it back and than we will talk. It is only when I shout at them and say i will take police action, the front office girl calls and says you people are such rich but have no respect for other people - and the technician goes away finally.
I have yet to see such funny treatment being given to a customer who has actually brought a product in good faith
