DELAY IN DELIVERY OF LPG GAS

Consumer no.10599. I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 17/06 (booking no.9792993) but yet today on 27/06. there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Shiv Shakti Gas Agency, new delhi. when i call nobody picks the phone and every time they not delivered lpg gas without complaints. this happens with me about 5 to 6 times. plz do the needful. this agency had very bad service and the staff is also not good.
